Weekend Photo Shoot & More Sponsors! :^___^:
I took some wonderful pictures this past Friday and of two of my wonderful friends Erin and Norah out side of the college take a look at a few shots. Also I would like to give a big thank you to the Nielsen Family on their generous donation of a Velbon Victory 451 tripod. It will be put to a lot of good use!

Wow
I really think some graphic software (adobe) is just really over priced. No offense but not much has really change for me to dump all that money into.

This is a new one I thought of tonight to remember that we all need to keep the word human in humanity something it seems the world forgets very easily. "Always remember the acts of a kind hearted friend, and never turn your back when they are in need of your hand." ~Samuel M. Person Jr.~

Here is an example of an unappreciated beautiful women that did one hell of a great job on her Cat Women outfit. She was pretty much walking the hallways by herself and I figure I would go talk to her. I complemented on her outfit which she was very happy and I ask her if anyone took any pictures of her which she told me no. I was so surprise that this natural beauty wasn't ask for any photos so I had in turn had to fix this. I then told her let me be the first then cause you look very beautiful which she laugh and said thank you and a snap a couple of shots of her and as I started a bunch of other photographers came running over once they say that I had this undiscovered beauty posing for my camera. When I was done I thank her very much and in turn she smiled and said you are very welcome with a cute giggle then she continued posing for all her new found fans as I was off on my way.

Here are some of the first photos I have ready to share with all of you from NYCC/NYAF. As I was wondering the hallways of the con I came across this beautiful punk girl with the most amazing mohawk I've ever seen; it fan out into three directions and a bright neon green and was at least 40 inches high. She was more then happy to let me snap a few pictures of her. Truly I would have love to have an entire day with her and do a photo shot, but at least a was able to get these shots before she had to head off.
Satus Report
Still going through all the pictures from NYCC/NYAF so some will be up shortly. If you love the game of Yu-Gi-Oh but not the cost check out one of my auction right now to get a great start into the world of Yu-Gi-Oh! Yu-Gi-Oh Tin + 300 cards!

Jobs Jobs and no Jobs!
While my job hunt hasn't gone very promising well at all I still am busy filling out job applications after job applications in the hopes that I will have a new job to call my own or as it seems what everyone is calling it nowadays a gig lol. When I heard this on CNN and CNBC that the new term for jobs is now gigs I said to myself "Wow have we reach the point where just to find work it's no different then being a starving artist?" and that's a scary factor cause were does that leave us creative people at? I don't proclaim myself as a professional photographer (lol okay maybe for jobs I do) but really I'm just a dude that's really handy with a camera and doesn't mind reading the owner's manual, books and experimenting with camera settings so I can get the most out of my cameras; okay so coming from a graphic design background does help in the creativity department, plus I remember using digital camera when they first hit the scene. Back in high school my senior year (1997) are graphic design class got one of the very first digital cameras that came to the public market, I don't remember the brand but the two factors that stuck in my head was the resolution (300k) and the price ($600 bucks) and that was a consider advance for it's day. lol feeling a bit old now to see they have camera that go up to 56 megapix now.
So if anyone who is reading my blog notice I haven't posted any photos up or wrote anything it's beacuse of my ever-so-lacking-in-finding-a-place-to-hire-me hunt is still going on. So far my list looks like this:
ACMoore
AMC Movies
Boarders Books
The Apple Store
Best Buy
Pearl Paint
Ridgewood Public Library
Midland Park Public Library
Hackensack Public Library
Teaneck Public Library
Shoprite
The Goodwill Store
And I do know there is a few more to add to that list but totally forgot their names. Currently I had an interview at Shoprite, I meet the manager from ACMoore as I handed in my app, and Talk to the manager from the Goodwill store and was told they didn't have anything available in fact they laid off a few people. Now hopefully if I can muster up some funds I'll be heading to NY Comic Con and will be bringing you all some beautiful pictures. Also wish me luck on this job hunt thing or I might be broadcasting my post on the road; WI-Fi pending of course lol
